when will my sos ship?

As soon as you check out, we get to work! Please give us 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. Of course, in the case of mother nature and national holidays, shipping may be subject to delay. We will get your summer of spivey in your hands as soon as we can! 

how much is shipping?

USA shipping is a $8 flat fee. For orders over $250, enjoy shipping on sos! 

We offer expedited shipping on USA orders for a $35 flat fee. Our carrier's shipping time for expedited orders is approximately 3 business days. Please note, orders are only shipped same day if they are placed on business days before 11am central.

where is my sos order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so that you can monitor your package throughout it's journey to you! If your package is mistakenly marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend you check with neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.

If after 5 business days, you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to aloha@summerofspivey.com with your order number, full name and shipping address.
